Naomi brings a strong foundation in desktop and end-user support, along with a passion for helping people get the most out of technology. Her experience in help desk operations, troubleshooting, and customer support complements SRN's infrastructure and networking expertise, allowing us to support both the technology and the people who rely on it.
She shares SRN's belief that technology should solve real problems while respecting the environments it serves. Whether that's modernizing existing infrastructure, extending reliable connectivity, or applying practical solutions without unnecessary complexity, Naomi understands that good engineering is about improving what already works. Not replacing it simply for the sake of change.
As she continues to expand her networking and infrastructure knowledge through industry training and hands-on experience, she is helping SRN grow our end-user support and field services capabilities while staying true to our mission of engineering connections others don't see.
